What Makes Ashe CrossFit Different?

At Ashe CrossFit, you will never find yourself alone. We strive to create community through our group classes, while still providing the personal attention and coaching that cannot be found in a large gym. Our workouts are designed to help our members better their lives and reach their fitness related goals. Every workout has the ability to be adapted to the needs of the athlete and is designed to improve these ten recognized fitness domains: cardio-respiratory, endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.

We work to create the type of atmosphere that welcomes any athlete, just as they are, no matter their walk of life. A place where members can celebrate the little things, along with goals and achievements that take place in and outside Ashe CrossFit. Our vision is to improve the overall health of our members, including areas of nutrition, physical fitness and mental wellness.
