June sessions are now full. We are registering for July sessions beginning July 6th

  • Grouped by grades
  • Train with CrossFit certified coaches

  • Have fun outside the house

COVID-19 Protocols


We ask that you drop your child off at the door and that no one enters the facility except for coaches and athletes.

As your child enters, they will immediately get hand sanitizer and have their temperature checked. Please remain in the parking lot until your child gets through the check in process.

During camp we will focus on maintaining social distancing and will sanitize equipment between each group.

We have scheduled 1 hour between each camp session to sanitize all equipment and make sure everyone is picked up before the next group enters. We follow the CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting our facility

Please do not attend if:

  • You or family members have been around anyone with Covid in the last 14 days.
  • You or anyone in your family might be sick (fever, cough, flu-like symptoms).
  • If you live with someone elderly or that has any underlying health issues.
