CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program made up of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity across broad time and modal domains.* In our one-hour group classes, athletes will be led through multiple phases of fitness and recovery. Starting with a dynamic warm-up, moving into mobility and skill drills, followed by strength and a Workout of the Day (WOD), and ending with some post-workout recovery. Our WODs are constantly varied and have a new focus each and every day.
