Fill out the contact us form or call us. We want to meet you and hear about your goals and guide you to the best membership option for you. We believe why you are here is just as important as what you do here.
Step 2
We will schedule you a complimentary one-on-one session with one of our coaches. In that session we will further discuss your goals, give you a tour of the workout space and provide you with an overview of our time-tested training methodology. We will also personalize which class options would best accomplish your goals.
Step 3
You’re ready to start! If you haven’t done CrossFit before, you’ll work with one of our Coaches to get moving. Now let’s get to work!
